In the Emergency Level, our team strives to carry out the data recovery as quickly as possible and with the utmost urgency. Our team works on this job non-stop 24/7, day and night, weekends and holidays, with the aim of achieving results as quickly as possible. However, it may happen that if the data carriers are severely damaged or the data carriers are very large, extra time may be needed to create bit-level clones. Other technical factors may also affect turnaround time.

Your order has absolute priority and takes precedence over all other ongoing work in the lab.
What steps do we take?

After the arrival of your data carriers, we start the data recovery work in our laboratory. A clone will be made of each data carrier. Defective data carriers will first be treated in the clean room. Your data will be recovered from the created clones.

When will the data recovery be ready?

Preparation and numbering

Data recovery from a RAID system is very complex and requires a very high level of expertise. In order to perform the recovery properly, we need all the original drives of the RAID system, including the drives that have been recently replaced. We ask you to number the drives in the order they are in the system.
DHL Shipping Label

You will also receive a shipping label from us by email.

Packaging

Use a large box at least twice the size of your data carrier.
Fill the space with soft material, like bubble wrap.
Print the label and stick it onto the package.
Close and tape the box tightly and your package is now ready for shipment.

Collection time is between 15:00 and 18:00

Make sure that you are at the pick-up address on the agreed date between 15:00 and 18:00.

We get to work for you at the Business14 level, and aim to recover your data within 10 working days after arrival at our lab.

After we have carried out the recovery we will send you the recovery report by e-mail with a file list of all data that can be recovered from the RAID system.

On the basis of the file list, you can check whether it contains the most important files you are looking for. Based on your findings, you can make a decision to approve the recovery.

No cure-No pay policy: only after your approval of the recovery will you pay the remaining amount of the total price.

Should you waive the recovery, you will pay € 45,- ex VAT administration and shipping costs to return the drives to you.
